Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience in Finance and Business Management, FP&A and reporting.
• Experience supporting technology organizations and senior stakeholders.
• Strong presentation and reporting to executives is required.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and business analysis.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely financial forecasting and reporting including monthly financials and headcount analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting process with tech and finance stakeholders.
• Support executive ad hoc requests for project management and analysis.
• Lead financial analysis to inform management decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with teams to drive strategic projects and enterprise business cases.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations and reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements to simplify and enhance finance operations.
