Job summary

Herschend Family Entertainment is seeking a Technology Finance & Project Coordinator in Peachtree Corners, GA, to support day-to-day technology operations. You will manage purchase orders, invoices, budgets, and capital planning while assisting senior leaders in a dynamic hospitality environment.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination or financial management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of project coordination, project management, and/or financial management experience; commensurate relevant experience may satisfy the education requirement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong Excel skills required.
• Experience understanding a P&L, working with detailed schedules, and creating and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Track tasks, timelines, dependencies, and follow-ups; support project budget management and purchasing; create PERs for capital projects and manage close-out.
• Financial Management: Track technology purchasing against budget, submit accruals, participate in P&L reviews; coordinate annual forecast and budget submissions.
• Administrative Support: Provide support for VP and CIO; onboarding/offboarding; org chart updates; expense reports; annual safety documentation.
