Job summary

TekWissen LLC is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to support the Commercial BTS organization from Irvine, CA. The role emphasizes planning, control, and reporting of budgets and procurement activities, with SAP, advanced Excel, and Smartsheet as core tools.

Responsibilities include overseeing project portfolios, managing RTB and capital budgets, coordinating with vendors, and delivering accurate financial insights for leadership. A proactive, detail‑oriented team player is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a finance role (3-5 years).
• Experience supporting Technology and/or business departments.
• Strong Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel (Power Queries).
• Experience using SAP is required.
• Experience using Smartsheet.
• Experience with remote teams and vendor resources.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio financial management across projects with forecasts and metrics.
• Monitor budgets: capital plans, RTB, cost centers, and LBE costs.
• Track projects, reconcile cost centers, and manage reconciliations in SAP and Excel.
• Process journal entries, purchase orders, and capitalization requests.
• Monitor spend and phasing to align with budget expectations.
• Prepare management reports for Business & Technology leadership.
• Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve vendor issues.
• Support financial forecasting and LBEs within project tools.
• Present financial updates to leadership and assist in process improvements.
