Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and procurement for its Commercial Technology group. The role balances tactical duties (invoicing, shopping carts, journal entries) with strategic portfolio analysis and leadership reporting.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP experience, advanced Excel proficiency, and strong FP&A knowledge. This is a hybrid position in Irvine, CA, with in-person collaboration and remote parts of the week.

Qualifications

• SAP proficiency with hands-on, practical use in back-end functions.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, Pivot Tables, data extraction.
• Strong FP&A knowledge: budgeting, forecasting, journal entries, POs, reconciliations.
• 3–5+ years of financial/FP&A experience.
• Proactive, analytical mindset and ability to communicate recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Support Run-the-Business budgets, CapEx, and project budgets across 1–2 portfolios.
• Use SAP (HANA) to manage shopping carts, POs, journal entries, and vendor payments.
• Perform root cause analysis on budget issues and clear invoices for timely payments.
• Assist with forecasting, variance analysis, and Latest Best Estimates (LBE).
• Analyze complex datasets in Excel to provide actionable insights to PMs and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support close-outs and capital approvals.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve financial accuracy.
