Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Technology Facility in Denver, CO to safeguard clients across commercial real estate and other sectors. You will patrol, deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding Allied Universal’s values.

The role emphasizes on-site security procedures, access-control, and incident response. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in security, comfort with tech, and a valid license when applicable; CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• CPR certification, preferred.
• Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.
• Guard Card or license, preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and employees by following site-specific security procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor and verify credentials at access points and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior/exterior areas and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations for site contacts and responders.
• Complete daily activity and incident reports maintaining a professional presence to deter unauthorized activity.
