Ahold Delhaize USA is offering a paid Internship designed to develop business, technical and leadership skills in a fast-paced grocery retail environment. The program includes mentorship, leadership speaker sessions, and opportunities to work on meaningful projects with cross-functional teams.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and available May 24, 2027 through August 13, 2027. The hybrid work model requires three days in the office weekly, with resume and transcript

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support innovation and project initiatives across ADUSA.
• Participate in project planning, business process analysis, stakeholder meetings, data analysis, and solution development.
• Gain hands-on experience with cross-functional teams and explore how technology and AI can drive innovation.
• Present project work to company leaders and gain executive visibility.
