Ahold Delhaize USA invites applications for a Strategy Internship to gain insider exposure to the fast-changing grocery retail industry. You will work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, and have opportunities for full-time placement within ADUSA.

The 12-week paid internship runs May 24, 2027 to August 13, 2027 with a hybrid work schedule requiring three days in the office. Relates to Finance, Strategy, and E-commerce initiatives. Résumé and GPA required.

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar field.
• Interest in strategy, consulting, grocery retail industry, CPG.
• Creative, structured, and objective problem solver, both conceptually and analytically.
• Enjoys creating presentations and telling a story through visuals.
• Ready to work hard in a fun and fast paced environment to create tangible change.
• Collaborative, enjoys working on teams.

Responsibilities

• Co-developing strategic recommendations for the organization.
• Developing supporting analytics and presentation materials.
• Participating in key team discussions and sharing analysis, viewpoints, and rationales.
• Assisting with various ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation development, often in partnership with strategy managers and analysts.
