Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver comprehensive outpatient care at our Skillman, NJ site. You will perform histories and physicals, order and interpret tests, and craft evidence-based treatment plans for a diverse patient population.

The role requires MD/DO credentials, board eligibility or certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and an active New Jersey license. You will work on a dynamic, technology-enabled care team focused on quality and access.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted New Jersey medical license (or eligibility).
• Current DEA registration.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and e-prescribing.
• Experience in urgent care or technology-enabled healthcare settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care to a diverse patient population.
• Perform histories and physicals and coordinate diagnostic testing.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Coordinate referrals to specialists and participate in quality improvement.
• Document encounters in the EHR and collaborate with clinical teams.
