Honor is seeking a compassionate In Home Caregiver to join our team, blending traditional caregiving with smart technology to enhance client well-being. You will provide daily living assistance and tailor care plans to each client’s needs within their home environment.

You will collaborate with clients, families, and our tech teams to ensure comprehensive, data‑driven care and maintain accurate health records synced with our devices. CNA preferred but not required; CPR/First Aid desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering daily living activities and basic medical support.
• Ability to use technology to monitor client health and well‑being.
• Strong communication with clients and families.
• Ability to maintain accurate health and care records.
• Comfort with adapting to various living environments and client needs.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, feeding).
• Implement customized care plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Utilize Honor’s technology products to monitor and improve client health and wellness.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and tech teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of client’s condition and care provided, syncing data with smart devices.
• Proficient use of smart home devices and technology; adapt to changing client environments.
