Job summary

One Medical, a leading primary care provider, seeks residents/fellows for Washington DC offices. You will join a tech-enabled, patient-centered team delivering in-office, telehealth and testing-center care while completing residency requirements.

This full-time role offers onboarding, mentoring, and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary ranges from $180,900 to $284,900 annually, with potential above-qualified compensation depending on experience and schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires current or recent Family Medicine/IM residency participation.
• Board-eligible or recently completed residency and schedules for board exam.
• State license in Washington, DC, before start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute and chronic visits.
• Conduct in-office visits, telehealth visits, and testing-center visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborative team huddles.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to coordinate care.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in-office procedures where appropriate.
• Supervise NP/PA colleagues as applicable.
