Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
• A valid Alabama Teacher's Certificate.
• Must meet Every Student Succeed Act (ESSA) federal and state requirements or a willingness to meet the requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide instruction using technology to support student learning.
• Model innovative use of technology in the classroom.
• Provide modifications for students with special needs, including ELL students.
• Select, develop, modify and adapt materials to support learning objectives and diverse backgrounds.
• Establish routines and use appropriate behavior management procedures.
• Participate in administration of local and state testing as assigned.
• Use formative and summative assessments to monitor progress and inform instruction.
• Communicate high learning expectations and targets aligned to real-world experiences.
• Foster critical, creative and evaluative thinking in students.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding student/school/workplace matters.
