Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience demonstrated through work or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule given four weeks in advance).
• Open to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, especially during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in-store operations and merchandising.
