Job summary

Victra is looking for a Part-Time Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will deliver world-class service, connect guests to technology, and help create an in-store experience that drives sales.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and peak periods while building personal connections and delivering product benefits with an energetic, guest-focused approach. You'll be part of a dynamic environment with paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

We are proud that our sales consultants earn an average of $12.77 to $24.49 , combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Employees in some states, as required by their state's law, will accrue and may roll-over sick time.

What we're looking for...

• High school diploma or GED.

• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.
