Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking Sales Consultants to deliver world-class service to Every Guest, Every Time. You will be the face of Victra, connecting guests to what matters most with product knowledge and a passion for technology.

As a full-time Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll control your career in-store, aiming to exceed sales goals while collaborating with peers. Paid training, health benefits, and growth opportunities are part of the offer.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make tech look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.
