Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with guests.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals with peers and store leadership.
• Provide product benefits and solutions through exceptional service to help guests.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify technology choices.
• Assist with merchandising and day-to-day store operations.
• Complete the four-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 30 days of start date.
