Job summary

Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales and deliver exceptional customer service in a storefront environment. You’ll leverage technology knowledge and strong communication to understand customer needs and present complete top-down solutions.

You’ll be part of a team with ongoing training, community engagement, and opportunities to earn commissions. Base pay ranges from $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, with potential annual earnings well above base through commissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Open to additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking questions.
• Position product insights and recommend solutions.
• Close sales with strong communication and problem solving.
• Develop skills through ongoing training and inventory knowledge.
