Job summary

Aspen Dental Group in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join a modern clinic. You’ll work with the doctor, perform assessments, educate patients, and deliver patient-centered care with autonomy and support from a hygiene team.

We offer competitive pay of $41–$45 per hour plus an uncapped incentive, a $7,500 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training through TAG University.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital tools to support clinical assessments and case documentation.
