Job summary

Aspen Dental in Virginia is seeking a licensed dental hygienist to join a modern, technology-enabled clinic. You’ll partner with dentists to assess oral health, educate patients, and deliver patient-centered care with autonomy and support from a structured onboarding program.

We offer full-time, part-time, or PRN roles, with a strong compensation package including hourly pay of $58–$63, an incentive plan, and comprehensive benefits. Ongoing education through TAG University is included.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited program.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication skills and passion for patient education.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans.
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments and patient communication.
