Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking a dental hygienist to join a modern clinical team across our independently owned practices. You’ll partner with the doctor to assess oral health, educate patients, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with autonomy and strong clinical support.

We offer $114,400–$118,560 per year, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a full benefits package (medical, dental, vision; 401(k) with company match; paid time off and holidays).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient education

Responsibilities

• Partner with the doctor to develop and deliver personalized patient care plans
• Utilize digital technology to support clinical assessments, case acceptance, and patient communication
• Collaborate with the dental team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
• Manage your schedule and supplies with the autonomy needed to provide comprehensive care
