Qualifications

• California Physical Therapist license required.
• Patient-first approach to rehabilitation.
• Experience in short-term rehab or similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans for short-term rehab residents.
• Utilize Neuro Rehab and Pain Management protocols to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to ensure high-quality care.
• Empower patients to regain independence and return home safely.
