Job summary

Neko seeks a physician to deliver its preventive-care model to members in Washington, DC, using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into actionable plans that change what a member does next. You will work closely with Operators, APPs, and cross-functional partners to deliver a connected, insight-driven member experience.

Qualifications

• Active District of Columbia medical license.
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of post-residency outpatient experience.
• Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive health screenings and translate findings into action plans for members.
• Collaborate with APPs and care teams to ensure continuity of care and a connected member experience.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to elevate clinical quality and team performance.
• Engage in cross-functional collaboration with Operations, care teams, and other stakeholders to improve end-to-end member experience.
