Ideal candidates hold a DC medical license, board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, and at least one year of post-residency, with recent outpatient experience and comfort in a tech-forward clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Active District of Columbia medical license.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of post-residency experience.
• Recent outpatient experience (within past 5 years).
• Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive health screenings using non-invasive, high-quality methods.
• Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to APPs and care teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators and care teams to improve end-to-end member experience.
