Job summary

Neko Health in Washington, DC, seeks a physician to deliver its preventive-care model using non-invasive tech and clinical expertise to identify risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next. This is a deeply collaborative role with Operators, APPs, and cross-functional partners to deliver a connected, insight-driven member experience.

In this role you will conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings with high-resolution skin imaging

Qualifications

• Active District of Columbia medical license.
• Board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of post-residency experience.
• Recent outpatient experience (at least a year in the past 5 years).
• Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive health screenings using Neko's imaging, cardiovascular assessments and AI decision support.
• Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data.
• Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies.
• Provide clinical oversight and escalation support to APPs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, APPs, and care teams to improve continuity of care.
