Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required or willingness to obtain during onboarding.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• No specific degree required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 and small group training sessions using Exerbotics equipment and coaching system.
• Conduct initial assessments and consultations; monitor form, safety, and progress.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio; assist with lead generation, tours, and trial sessions.
• Log client data and communications accurately in CRM; support client retention efforts.
