Jet Direct Mortgage is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join our Newark team. You will manage a robust pipeline, deliver personalized mortgage solutions, and close loans with our in‑house underwriting and product suite.

Ideal candidates are ethical, client‑focused professionals who build networks and consistently meet sales goals while maintaining licenses and staying current with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, approved STATE NMLS license is required.
• Detail-oriented with thoughtful decision-making skills.
• Must maintain mortgage licenses via annual continuing education.
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency with Encompass and related systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory, policy, and compliance issues in mortgage.
• Ability to build and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
• Being bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage loan pipeline and efficiently collect documentation.
• Provide superior customer service by assessing clients’ needs and offering appropriate mortgage products.
• Meet individual monthly sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Build and expand a professional network to self‑generate business and secure long‑term relationships.
