Jet Direct Mortgage in Fort Lauderdale is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Originators to join our team. You will help clients secure home financing by recommending in-house products and guiding them through the loan process.

Formación

• Active, approved STATE NMLS license.
• Detail-oriented with thoughtful decision-making skills.
• Maintain mortgage licenses by completing mandatory annual continuing education.
• Solid understanding of appraisals, title reports, and product guidelines.
• Proficiency with Encompass and regulatory knowledge.
• Ability to build and grow a network of prospects, customers, Realtors, and referral partners.
• Being bilingual is a valuable asset (A PLUS!)

Responsabilidades

• Manage a successful pipeline and collect necessary documentation.
• Provide superior customer service by engaging clients and matching them with mortgage products.
• Meet individual monthly sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Proactively self‑generate business and expand professional referral networks.
