Nejasmich Developments seeks a Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction from contract to closeout in a modern, systems-driven setting. You will own scheduling, budgets, and client communications, using technology and AI to drive excellence.

This full-time on-site role in the San Mateo area offers growth, collaboration with field leadership, and a focus on disciplined execution for high-end homes.

Qualificações

• 2 years of project coordination or management in residential construction.
• Experience with custom homes or luxury renovations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage many pieces.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• High ownership, responsiveness, and accountability.
• Comfort with learning new tech and systems.
• Interest in AI and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, submittals, and workflows.
• Own multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, stakeholders.
• Lead weekly client meetings and homeowner communications.
• Identify risks early and mitigate issues.
• Collaborate with field leadership on scheduling and quality.
• Utilize Buildertrend and digital tools for docs and accountability.
• Leverage AI to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Improve company systems and workflows over time.
