Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Technical Documentation Control Intern who will support part alternatives processing, cross-over data, and supplier documentation for the Digital Portfolio team. The role offers exposure to digital commerce platforms and collaboration with Procurement.

You will work in a hybrid environment, gain experience in data quality and documentation workflows, and contribute to aftermarket e-commerce growth during your summer internship.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a Bachelor's program or have recently graduated within 1 year of start date.
• Able to operate in an agile environment at an accelerated pace.
• Interest and/or experience in commercial vehicles, trucking, or the aftermarket industry.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
• Technical writing and documentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Process part alternative intelligence for the Digital Portfolio Team.
• Support Aftermarket E-commerce growth by integrating part alternative information into the digital commerce platform.
• Execute part alternative processing for all-makes parts and DTNA manufactured products.
• Support the digital commerce experience through quality part alternative presentation and cross-over information.
• Analyze data and improve data workflows; collaborate with Procurement to ensure supplier documentation feeds the processing queue.
• Assist in refining DTNA workflows to connect supplier documentation with Digital Portfolio operations.
