Job summary

ActionLink is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser for OWATONNA MN and the surrounding area. You will visit stores, set up and maintain promotional displays, and report findings with photos the same day.

We offer paid training, a bi-weekly pay schedule, and potential for more hours across larger regions. Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; scheduling is Mon-Fri, 8:00am to 5:00pm, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising and retail is highly desirable.
• Ability to follow complex display diagrams and instructions.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and GPS-enabled tools.
• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at major retail stores within the assigned territory.
• Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos for each visit.
