Job summary

ActionLink in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to support store visits and display maintenance across OWATONNA and surrounding area.

You will ensure proper placement, installation, and troubleshooting of promotional displays for major clients, while reporting outcomes with photos. Up to 20 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, no weekends.

W2 employment, bi-weekly pay, and benefits such as PTO and 401(k) matching are available; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail preferred.
• Able to follow complex instructions and display diagrams.
• Willing to travel and work in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit stores within assigned territory to complete projects.
• Ensure proper placement, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of displays.
• Submit same-day digital surveys with photos after each visit.
