Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Technology Diligence Product Architect Manager to join our M&A TS&D practice in the United States. You will assess target technology architectures, identify risks, and guide buy-side and sell-side diligence with a focus on modern patterns such as microservices, cloud-native platforms, and SaaS environments.

You will present findings to senior stakeholders, collaborate across commercial, financial, operational, cyber, and data workstreams, and help shape post-close

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product architecture, software engineering, or platform engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 6+ years experience; MBA is acceptable.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize technology strategy by analyzing diverse solutions and reporting outputs.
• Evaluate software products, platforms, and ecosystems for risks, debt, and value creation.
• Assess architecture quality, debt, and scalability for current and future growth.
• Lead diligence engagements for buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out scenarios.
• Translate findings into concise deliverables and present to senior stakeholders.
