Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Product Architect Manager within the M&A Technology Diligence practice in Jacksonville, FL. You will bridge technology and product strategy, evaluating architectures for acquisition targets and stand-alone assets, and guiding post-close integration priorities.

As a manager, you will mentor teams, synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and present this to executives and PE investors, shaping investment outcomes and risk assessments across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product architecture, software engineering, enterprise architecture, or platform engineering.
• 6+ years of experience evaluating product architecture and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to synthesize technology strategy and report outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize overall technology strategy by analyzing diverse solutions and meeting client requirements.
• Evaluate software products, platforms, and ecosystems for risks and scalability.
• Assess architecture quality, technical debt, and engineering maturity across SDLC.
• Assist in diligence engagements for buy-side, sell-side, and carve-out scenarios.
• Translate findings into concise diligence outputs for senior stakeholders.
• Present findings to private equity and corporate development teams.
