Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a dietary services assistant at Centennial Hills Hospital to record patient diets in the electronic medical record and update dietary changes to ensure optimal patient care. Strong English communication and basic computer skills are required.

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior healthcare food handling experience is a plus. The role involves safe food handling, accurate record-keeping, and daily collaboration with nursing and dietary staff in

Job Description

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write and communicate in the English language.

Experience

Previous experience preferred. Knowledge of proper food handling and storage required.

Technical Skills

Knowledge of computer operations.

License/Certification

Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler's Safety Training Card.
