Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of proper food handling and storage required.
• Knowledge of computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Record patient diets in the electronic medical record and update changes as needed.
• Ensure quality service to patients for optimum health.
• Coordinate with hospital staff on dietary prescriptions and patient needs.
