Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a CS-related field.
• 5-10 years in technology risk, technology audit, or related areas.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience querying data with SQL.
• Familiarity with software delivery toolchains (Git, CI/CD, automated testing).

Responsibilities

• Perform independent risk assessments of controls governing software delivery using data-first approaches.
• Challenge the first line on control models for AI coding assistants and agentic tooling.
• Evaluate entitlements and credentials for development tooling and autonomous agents.
• Assess observability and telemetry to detect data loss, misuse and unexpected agent behavior.
• Utilize Python and SQL to analyze large engineering data sets and build dashboards for senior management.
• Define and test statistical hypotheses to identify risks in software delivery.
• Develop and maintain the annual oversight plan and report independent view to senior management, control committees, internal audit and regulators.
• Assess prioritization and remediation of control findings and monitor closure.
• Coach and develop junior data scientists and risk professionals.
