• Plans, organizes, and manages the technical aspects of a major section of the Data Processing Organization.
• Directs staff for all technical aspects of the department and maintains progress reports for customers and management.
• Organizes staff, staffing, recruiting efforts, and employment offers; assigns tasks and appraises subordinates.
• Ensures optimized schedules, budgets, and technical excellence; coordinates with customer representatives.
