Genworth seeks a Manager, Technology & Cybersecurity Risk / Risk Data Analyst in Richmond, VA. This hybrid role combines technology risk leadership with data analytics to deliver actionable risk insights to leadership.

The role requires managing risk across IT, security and third-party domains, building dashboards with Power BI, and guiding automation and AI-enabled reporting. Strong storytelling for execs is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technology/Cyber Risk, Risk Mgmt/GRC, or Risk Data Analytics.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and managing remediation activities.
• Familiarity with risk and control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOC).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide technology risk assessments across apps, infra, cloud, data environments.
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize risks to availability, security, resilience, data integrity.
• Maintain technology risk register with scoring and remediation tracking.
• Evaluate ITGCs and application controls for effectiveness.
• Align risk frameworks to NIST/ISO/COBIT standards; collaborate on control improvements.
• Develop and monitor KRIs; provide risk reporting to leadership.
