Job summary

Bentley Systems is seeking a Contracts Negotiator to support our North American group. You will draft and negotiate commercial technology agreements, including technology licenses and SaaS terms, with a focus on data protection and information security requirements.

This full-time role can be based in Exton, PA or remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will collaborate with sales, finance, product, and security teams, manage multiple negotiations, and help mitigate risk while

Qualifications

• 3–5 years negotiating and drafting commercial technology contracts.
• Experience with technology licensing, SaaS agreements, and data privacy terms.
• Direct involvement in negotiating common information security provisions (e.g., security audits, incident response).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain legal and business risks and present contract terms.
• Experience supporting public sector transactions is a plus; in-house experience preferred; JD preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements including licenses and SaaS terms.
• Support legal review of customer procurement requests and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, product, and information security on negotiating terms.
• Negotiate information security terms with internal account trust and security teams.
• Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
