Job summary

Trinetix is seeking a Legal Counsel to support a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial contracts with clients and vendors. The role covers IP, corporate matters, compliance, privacy and other day-to-day legal issues for an international technology business.

You will draft and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs and licensing agreements, advise on US and European jurisdictions, and contribute to privacy and information security initiatives within a fast-growing tech

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law required.
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in IT or technology.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating commercial and technology contracts governed by US and/or English law.
• Understanding of liability, indemnities, IP, data protection, information security and licensing.
• Practical experience using generative AI tools in legal work.

• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, concise legal advice.

Nice to Have

• Understanding of the US tax system.
• Experience in the IT services, software development or outsourcing industry.
• Experience with privacy, cybersecurity or AI-related legal matters.
• Experience with information security and privacy frameworks or assurance standards, including ISO 27001, ISO 27701, SOC 2 or NIST frameworks.
• Experience implementing or building legal-tech or automation tools, including AI-assisted development or vibe coding.
