Job Description

This project is a new initiative aimed at enhancing our operations and customer engagement. The selected candidates will be brought on board one month early for training and will be involved in various tasks throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities:

• Explain new IT support tools and systems to associates as a tech concierge.
• Assist with move-in weekends and provide wayfinding help.
• Coordinate with the home base and assist traveling employees.
• Help with gym sign-ups and onboarding staff.
• Support on the trade floor aligned with Lines of Business (LOBs).
• Assist with the First Help Bar and provide additional support as needed.
• Wear a uniform and communicate via walkie-talkie.
