Job Description:

This project is a new initiative aimed at enhancing our operations and customer engagement. Selected candidates will be onboarded one month early for training and will participate in various tasks throughout the project duration.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a tech concierge to explain new IT support tools and systems to associates.
• Assist with move-in weekends and provide wayfinding help.
• Coordinate with the home base and assist traveling employees in navigating the premises.
• Assist with gym sign-up and help onboard staff.
• Support the trade floor, aligned with Lines of Business (LOBs).
• Assist with the First Help Bar and provide additional support as needed.
• Wear a uniform and communicate via walkie-talkie.

Requirements:

• Ability to work on weekends and assist during move-in periods.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay connected with the home base.
• Willingness to wear a uniform and operate a walkie-talkie.
• Ability to assist traveling employees and provide wayfinding.
• Flexibility to handle various tasks as required by the project.
