Job summary

Follett Higher Education seeks an Apple Manager I to lead the computer products department, supervising staff, overseeing inventory, and executing merchandising strategies in alignment with contracts and promotions. You will train employees, manage special orders, and partner with the Home Office to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• 2-3 years of prior trade computer products experience is desirable.
• Advanced knowledge of computer products; 5-8 years in progressively more complex roles; may include supervisory experience.
• May have an advanced degree in area of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer initiatives focused on solutions-based selling and exceptional experience.
• Provide leadership to computer products department staff including hiring and training.
• Oversee technicians and ensure certifications per licensing contracts.
• Promote store promotions and coordinate with Home Office for events.
• Develop and manage inventory, pricing, and RTV-related processes.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Home Office on sales strategies and profitability.
