CloudBees Inc. is seeking a Communications Specialist, PR & Organic Social to lead the company’s storytelling across organic channels and PR.

You will craft credible content for developers, platform engineers, and buyers, and work to grow engagement on LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Hacker News, Discord, YouTube, and other channels. You will own narrative development, launches, and industry news, while collaborating with product marketing and demand generation.

Qualifications

• Storytelling for technical audiences.
• Experience crafting narratives for developers, platform engineers, and buyers in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Ability to participate in developer communities without sounding overly promotional.
• Knowledge of how to tailor content for LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Hacker News, Discord, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• 3–5 years in communications, PR, social, content, or community work with technical subject matter.

Responsabilités

• Grow organic social presence across LinkedIn and X daily, with a deliberate footprint on Reddit, Hacker News, Discord, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Tell stories that engage builders by mining engineers, customers, and communities for narratives to land in threads, posts, videos, or launch arcs.
• Collaborate with product marketing and demand gen to turn launches into compelling stories with an angle and sequence.
• Engage communities as a genuine participant, earning credibility for the brand.
• Produce multimedia content (video, graphics, carousels, quote cards, event clips) with agency support and hands-on when speed matters.
• Monitor trends and conversations and engage in real-time when timely.
