Job summary

FirstSF is seeking a Director of Technology and Communications to lead service production, communications, content creation, and IT functions. This role blends technical expertise with creative storytelling for ministry.

The role oversees production for weekend and special services, plans weekly communications, and manages digital content across platforms. Strong collaboration with staff and ministry leaders is essential, as well as maintaining network infrastructure and tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Keynote, and similar software.
• Experience with creating graphics and media assets for newsletters and digital platforms.
• Experience managing content calendars and multiple social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service production for in-person and livestream services and events.
• Train and support production team members using Scheduling tools and communications.
• Coordinate with staff, speakers, and worship teams to gather service details.
• Provide production support for external events.
• Maintain hardware, software, and Dante network equipment.
