Job summary

The Valley Health System is seeking a Radiologic Technologist at Centennial Hills Hospital to assist a Cardiologist in diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab. The candidate should hold ARRT licensure and a Nevada Radiation Control license, with 2+ years of Cath Lab or radiography experience preferred.

Active CCI certification (RCIS/RCES) is preferred, and BLS is required with ACLS preferred. This on-site role offers opportunities for career growth within UHS subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an approved school in Radiologic Technology or related Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of two years Cath Lab and/or Radiographer experience preferred.
• Current ARRT Licensure; Nevada Radiation Control license required.
• CCI certification (RCIS or RCES) preferred; active or to be obtained.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Job Description:

Assists Cardiologist in performing Diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Qualifications

Education:

Graduate from an approved school in Radiologic Technology or other related Bachelor’s degree is required.

Experience:

A minimum of two years prior Cath Lab and/or Radiographer experience preferred.

License/Certification:

Current ARRT Licensure. Non-Radiologic Technologist must have active certification with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) as an (RCIS) Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist or (RCES) Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist. Has or will obtain a Nevada Radiation Control license. Current certification in Interventional Angiography preferred. Current BLS certification is required. ACLS certification is preferred.

Other:
