Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer in Allentown, PA for a full-time role with CPR/First Aid certification expectations. You will perform patrols, monitor access, provide excellent customer service, and respond to incidents while maintaining a safe, welcoming site environment.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply; valid driver’s license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; document observations and notify leadership.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.
