Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer for a Full Time role in Allentown, PA. You will protect clients across tech-focused locations, perform routine unarmed patrols, and provide courteous customer service in a dynamic environment.

Role requires CPR/First Aid certification and a willingness to obtain it, with paid training provided. Schedule is Mon–Fri 4:00 PM–12:00 AM; pay rate is $20.50 per hour, along with compliance checks

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening as required by law.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while following site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings and parking areas and report hazards.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations for leadership.
• Monitor access and verify visitor credentials per site procedures.
• Prepare daily activity reports and communicate with site contacts.
