Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver Incident Assessment in Santa Clara, CA. You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents at a technology-focused corporate location.

The role requires a valid driver's license, at least one year of security experience, and HS diploma or equivalent. Schedule includes multiple morning shifts with benefits and tools to claim shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors at a tech-focused site.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of offices, lobbies, parking facilities and exterior grounds.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner; document actions.
• Background check and drug screen as required by policy and law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology-focused corporate location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, lobbies, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report access‑control irregularities to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical events, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; document observations and actions according to site policy.
• Prepare clear, accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation, and communicate relevant security‑related information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
