Job summary

Point72 seeks a Technical Business Analyst to partner with Technology, Operations, Trading, and Compliance to drive project delivery for the Trade Research function.

You will design workflows, streamline data workflows, and coordinate with brokers and third parties to ensure smooth trading connectivity and data access. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication will be essential.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives to completion.
• Technical fluency, coding experience, and familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS.
• High degree of ownership with the ability to identify needs, solve problems, and execute independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Technology, Operations, Trading, Compliance, and other teams to prioritize and execute projects for Trade Research.
• Design and improve day-to-day workflows to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with brokers and third parties to implement trading connectivity and resolve issues.
