Job summary

Acosta, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Brand Ambassador to promote a new mobile application and deliver engaging product demonstrations in various activation sites. You will guide users from download to feature exploration on a demo device, while coordinating with venue contacts to ensure successful campaigns.

The role emphasizes high energy, reliable performance, and exceptional communication as you engage consumers and capture feedback for senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years proven experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., brand ambassador, promotions, sales, or retail).
• Experience showcasing the latest features and effectively demonstrate for consumers.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills; you must be a clear and confident speaker.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently.
• Genuine passion for technology and for creating positive, memorable brand experiences.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various indoor environments.
• Must have a flexible schedule with availability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends during the holiday period.
• High energy and excitement when engaging with consumers on the latest technology/features being demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Proactively and enthusiastically approach the public to introduce them to our new mobile application.
• Deliver clear and compelling product demonstrations to individuals and small groups.
• Guide potential users through the consumer journey, from app download and setup to features on a demo device.
• Serve as the primary on-site brand presence, liaising with venue contacts to coordinate and optimize marketing activations.
• Transport, set up, and break down marketing assets at activation sites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site logistical challenges to ensure campaign execution.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including consumer engagement and interaction quality.
• Gather and relay qualitative field data, including consumer feedback and event photos, to senior management.
• Represent the Google brand with professionalism, positivity, and energy at all times.
